We headed west to view the Downhill Demesne and Mussenden Temple created by Earl Bishop Frederick Hervey around 1774. (Being an Earl Bishop = lots of dosh and a social obligation to provide jobs by building a cliff top library and memorial to his brother). Also, by way of a garden, a Black Glen.
The Mussenden Temple, which was a library, and stands close to the edge of the cliff. Close inspection showed insufficient shelving space.

Perhaps that's the reason that the Downhill House now lies in ruins...
Our next stop was Grianán Of Aileách, an amphitheater-like stone fort. It has 360 degrees views, more if you're not careful on the wet stones.
Don once again coping with his fear of heights.
We drove though the Derryveagh mountains in Glenveagh National Park. Similar to Scottish Highlands or some parts of NZ, but with peat cutting thrown in.
We finished up at a fishing port called Killybegs.
