This morning Aneirin was dressed in his new clothes from Canada. I loved the patch on his bottom so had to get it for him.
Rachel, Don and Lowri on the hump-backed bridge near the entrance to the farm.
When sleeps were over and we were all loaded into the car we headed out to Auchingarrich, a wildlife centre. It has a number of good activity centres and a variety of wild and domesticated animals. Lowri loved the flying fox.
Emma and Don trying to make sense of the map!
There were a couple of indoor play areas. You can see that Aneirin was having fun with all the balls.
This lemur wanted to hold Aneirin’s hand
We had lunch in a lovely restaurant in Crieff and Lowri sat on a highland cattle.
Emma and Rachel organised for us to go on a tour at Glenturret makers of single malt scotch whiskey.
There we heard the process they go through to make whisky at Scotland’s oldest working distillery.
This is their still.
We had dinner at a hotel across the Loch from our home.
Back home and around 9.00 pm and the sun is still up!
Hi all! Looks like you're having a lovely time. Nye looks swanky in his new duds. Lowri seems to be having a great time!
ReplyDeleteSorry about the lack of news, I keep forgetting that you can comment.
Setting up for Sunday dinner now (with far to many clothes drying everywhere in the lounge room) but Josh and I are both sick, all coughy and croaky.
Love you all lots!
